  Not available for purchase: Norway and Austria Why? Food colorings that are bad for you If you live in the U.S., you probably know about Little Debbie Swiss Rolls. It appears like this chocolate cake and cream mix would be easy to make because of the components, but the truth is that the ingredients are more complicated than that. These Swiss rolls actually include harmful food colorings in them called Yellow 5 and Red 40.  

Scientists have established a correlation between these particular food colorings and problems with behavior in kids, as well as birth abnormalities and organ failure. Little Debbie Swiss Rolls are not allowed at all in Norway and Austria because of this.
