It's actually their national dish! Scottish folks love the flavor of sheep's lungs and heart stuffed with other things, but if they relocate to the US, they may have trouble finding it. That's because the U.S. has banned haggis altogether.  

Making haggis is against the law at the Department of Agriculture since 1971. Because of this law, eating animal lungs is against the law, thus haggis can't get through the net.
