  Not for sale in: Venice Why? Not good for their image Kebabs are a big part of daily life in a lot of places. You can make these things quickly in the kitchen, and you don't have to walk very far to find a restaurant that sells them. If you're ever in Venice and want a kebab, you might want to stop looking because kebabs are not allowed there.  

This delightful snack doesn't have anything to do with the ingredients or additions in it. It's only that the people in control think that "low-quality" kebabs will ruin their cultural image and reputation.
