Google Street View caught the moment when artist Ben Kinsley chose to stand on a balcony and toss confetti at the car. We think the artist thought this moment would be more powerful than it turned out to be in the picture. It was taken on Sampsonia Way in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It looks like a man on the first floor is being attacked by bees instead of joyously throwing bright confetti into the streets.
