Do you like coffee or tea better? Coffee is the most popular drink in the world, thus most people prefer it over tea. Tea is quite popular and appreciated in some countries, though. The UK is the most famous country for tea, however India and certain Middle Eastern countries also regard it a lot. People in the US don't like it as much, and there aren't many tea drinkers.

If you don't choose tea over coffee, people will probably know you're American and not British. This is simply a generalization, though, because a lot of Americans really like a good cup of tea!
