We have a customer who is facing the existential choice of whether to have romaine or kale, and the fate of the salad hangs in the balance. Is it the day she finally tries kale, or will she stick with what she knows?

This choice is important, and it's not just about the lettuce. You can practically sense the fight inside her as she takes up one bunch of greens and then another, looking for the meaning of life in them. We never knew that buying vegetables could make us think so deeply.
