About 87% of Indonesians are Muslim, so it's no surprise that a lot of people in the country celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. Muslims in Indonesia love to eat different Ramadan foods when they finally break their fast, but they especially enjoy kolak. This meal is made with coconut milk, coconut sugar, and something stronger like sweet potato or pumpkin.
